I lost my mom, and We were given Mr. Sean Banks from the hospital; he was such a great support, very informative of what & who I needed to contact. And he was very patient with us because when he was asking us questions, I could not remember, I went blank, and I felt horrible, but he states that happens. I/we are so grateful for Mr. Banks he has a huge heart and patience of a saint. Cannot thank you enough. And he also does not feel the need to overcharge people in their time of grief.

My brother, sister and I retained the services of Sean A Banks Mortuary & Cremation Center in Avon Park, Florida after our brother passed away in that area. Because we surviving siblings are located in three distant states, we sought someone understanding who could communicate well through various means and guide us through making all the necessary arrangements without ever meeting in person.

I am pleased to say that Mr. Banks served us well, proving to be capable, friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. He handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of dealing with the remote death of a loved one.

Everything went well with Sean A. Banks Mortuary and he knew we were on tight budget and totally helped us through. Also took excellent care of my dad’s body. He looked phenomenal in the casket. Mr. Banks even did last minute changes to accommodate the rest of the family. Even small details were taken care of. Everything was good down to the T. May God rest my daddy’s soul.
